February 2010: Our Training in Ministry Outreach (TIMO) program requires couples or single men who can assist with logistics and construction in various remote locations. The "builder" needs experience with brick and concrete work, building trusses and framework. This position suits a proven handyman with carpentry / brick/ concreting experience. "They don't need to be experts but have some capability and a wllingnes to get their hands dirty". People need to be willing to work in hot and often remote conditions. Needs and locations are changing regularly. These positions help make-ready for our two-year TIMO teams. TIMO is a two-year on-the-job training program in cross-cultural ministry. Multi-cultural teams live in often remote villages, learn the language and culture, study mission and practice ministry.
