Pastor David Njenga with six of his adopted children
The Ngorika Children’s Home was established in Nakuru to love and care for Nairobi street children
--"to see them come to the Lord and desire change," says Canadian missionary Mark Buhler.

Since the early 1990s Pastor David and Peninah Njenga, in partnership with AIMers Mark and Catherine Buhler, have helped these kids through school. Now their focus is primarily on AIDS orphans - providing a home and a future. The children attend local schools and are well integrated into two churches where David regularly preaches.

$43/month will will provide food and shelter for a former street boy. A significant portion of your giving will eventually cover high-school tuition fees.
Recently Ngorika was given the funds to buy an additional five acres of agricultural land in order to grow crops and work towards long-term sustainability.

"Our desire is that this will be a large family held together by love rather than an institutional children’s facility," says Mark.
